There are several methods to have your beer clear prior to bottling. The simplest is to use the two-stage method of brewing. The advantage of this method is that the beer can remain in the fermenter until it is clear and ready to bottle. The beer can stay in secondary until it is clear. Fining or clearing agents, can also be added to help in the clearing process. |
